Clarence Gourley

Clarence Gourley, age 83, of KY Hwy 501 in Kings Mountain, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Stanford.  Born Monday, July 17, 1933 in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Cecil & Ada Andrew Gourley.  Clarence was a US Air Force Veteran and was a factory worker.  He was baptized at the Apostolic Temple in South Bend, Indiana.  In his spare time, he enjoyed watching UK Basketball. 

Clarence leaves behind two brothers, Harold Gourley (Violet) of Stanford and Wilbur Gourley (Juanita) of Kings Mountain; one sister, Reba Parkinson of London, KY; and several nieces and nephews and other family members and friends who mourn his passing.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Jones officiating the service.  Burial will follow in Double Springs Cemetery. 

The Visitation will be held 11AM-2PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
