Mollie Bastin Wall

Mollie Bastin Wall, age 92, of Hayes Road in Eubank, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Stanford Care & Rehab.  Born Wednesday, June 24, 1925 in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Roy & Farbie Reece Bastin.  Mollie was the widow of the late Tommie Wall, whom she married October 15, 1959, and preceded her in death July 25, 1993.  Mollie was a homemaker and member of New Life Church of God.  In her spare time, she loved to sew and to crochet. 

Mollie leaves behind three nephews, Glen Bastin, Russell Bastin, and Mark Bastin; three nieces, Margie Lewis, Karen Phillippe, and Veronica Tackett; and one special sister-in-law, Violet Bastin. 

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Bastin, two sisters, Dessie Caudill and Deltie Tackett; one nephew, Shannon Tackett; and one niece, Sheila Tackett. 

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00PM Monday, November 13, 2017 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. David Eastham officiating the service.  Burial will follow in Eubank Cemetery.  Russell Bastin, Glen Bastin, Curt Demrow, Victor Howson, George Shea, and Alton Fulcher, Jr. will serve as Active Pallbearers. 

The Visitation will be held 6-8PM Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
