Betty Jean Reece Elliott

Betty Jean Reece Elliott, age 69, of Danville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her son’s residence in Eubank, Kentucky.  Born Monday, March 21, 1949 in Stanford, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Victor & Polly Adams Reece.  Her loving husband, whom she married October 19, 2002, is Art Elliott of Danville.  Betty worked as a Procurement Director in the Telecommunication Industry for many years.  Betty was a loving, caring, giving person who always put others before herself.  She was loved and respected by many, both personally and professionally.  She will be loved and missed by everyone.

In addition to her husband, Betty leaves behind five sons, Steve Duff (Sherry) of Eubank, and Eric Jenkins (Denise) of Hustonville, Kentucky, Arthur L. Elliott V & Joey Elliott (Alyssa) both of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and Chris Elliott (Erica) of Danville; 11 grandchildren, Jessie Duff (Ashlee); Kathryn Langworthy (Jordan), Elijah Jenkins (Shelby), Tyler Elliott, Arthur Elliott VI, Mia Elizabeth Elliott, Hendrix Elliott, Phoenix Elliott, Lilly Elliott, Scarlett Elliott, and Theodore Elliott; two great-grandchildren, Arianna Duff and Wyatt Logan Duff; one sister, Debbie Reece Rhodes (Jim) of Louisville; a sister-in-law, Terri Sue Meade; and two nieces, Stacy Amburgey (Sean) and Tracy Crittenden.

A Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Vola Brown & Chuck Jacobs officiating the service.  Burial will follow in Grove Ridge Cemetery in Kings Mountain, Kentucky.  Roger Adams, Chris Elliott, Roger White, Ray Caudill, Jessie Duff, Elijah Jenkins, Tyler Elliott, and Joey Elliott will serve as Active Pallbearers.  Danny Ray Adams, Victor Rogers, Larry Fight, Ron Robertson, Jack Duff, Jim Duff, and Gil Brewsaugh will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

The Visitation will be held 5-8PM Friday, June 29, 2018, at the funeral home.
