Gary Lee Rogers

Gary Lee Rogers, age 55, of Danville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 4, 2018 in Pulaski County.  Born Sunday, July 15, 1962 in Stanford, he was the son of the late Darwin Paul Rogers and Violet Mae Adams Rogers.  Gary was an electrician, and did some masonry work.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.  Gary will be remembered for having a huge heart, and his love and kindness.

Gary leaves behind one daughter, Rebecca Rogers of Berea; three brothers, Barry Rogers (Ale Woodrum) of Liberty, Gregory Rogers of Danville, and Victor Roy Rogers of Danville; one sister, Paula Underwood (Steve) of Danville; two grandchildren, Geriah and Gabriel York of Berea, and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Derrick Terry officiating the service. Roscoe Taylor, Hunter Taylor, Gary Collins, Monte Bryant, Shaun Craig, Charlie Richard, Clayton Doan, and Aaron McNew will serve as Active Pallbearers. Burial will follow in Gooch Cemetery. 

The Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Thursday at the funeral home.
