James Charles Childers

James Charles Childers, age 62, of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Born Friday, October 15, 1956 in Indiana, he was the son of the late Joseph Burley and Hettie Mae Shell Childers.  James enjoyed his family and friends.

James leaves behind two brothers, Joseph Burley Childers Jr. of Hardinsburg, Kentucky and Freddie Alfred Childers of Columbus, Indiana; one sister, Selina Childers of Crab Orchard; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by two brothers, Homer Childers and Everett Lee Childers; and two sisters, Sophia Critney and Corrine Zabala.

The Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. George Sears officiating the service. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Brodhead, Kentucky.

The Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Saturday at the funeral home.
