Dear JR and family,

Please accept my deepest condolences. Kay was a beautiful woman both in heart and soul. I know she leaves a great hole in the life of the many lives she touched. Especially her dear family. Kay loved her family so much.

I met Kay 42 years ago when we both worked at the Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville. We became fast friends. Kay's quick wit, generous spirit and good humor could light up a dreary day. I moved away from Danville to Maryland but we remained pen pals ever since.

Kay was a great letter writer. Kay also wrote impressive poetry. I used to say her poetry should be called "From the Heart of a Kentucky Woman". Kay was a good and loyal friend and I will miss her.

I remember when Kay married JR. What a love story that was....No one could've been happier for her. Kay loved and was devoted to JR and her family until her dying days and she will be watching over all of you from Heaven,

Kay will live on forever in the memory of her family and friends

To the Family of Kay, I'm so sad about the death of your love one. The Bible tells us of a time when death will be no more. Revelation 21:3,4. We know this to be true for God cannot lie. So we know we will see our loved ones again just like John 5:28,29 promises us! I hope this Hope for the future brings you comfort.

Dear JR,
I am sorry to hear about Kay. She was a wonderful friend, and I enjoyed working with her at Ephraim McDowell. I will never forget when you all got married. You made her so happy.

I am so sorry about the loss of your dear love one Kay. We all know that the sting of death is very painful, however, Almighty God promise that soon death will be swallowed up forever along with the pain and sorrow it brings. ( Isaiah 25: 8) As for the many that have fallen asleep in death, he promise that they will be ressurrected to life, here on earth. ( John 5: 28, 29; Psalms 37: 29) To learn more, please visit jw.org.
