William Victor “Vic” Gross, age 66 of Green River Road in Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at his residence. He was born Saturday, April 14, 1951 in Hazard (Perry County), Kentucky. Vic was a US Army Veteran, and worked, as an Instructor, at Toyota Manufacturing. He was a mean harmonica player, and talented story teller and actor.
Vic leaves behind two step-daughters, Christy Goodlett of McKinney, Kentucky, and Melissa Berghan (Mike) of Walla Walla, Washington; four step-grandchildren; one sister, Linda Hayes (Stephen) of North Carolina; and one half-brother, Michael Kayyali of Florida.
Vic was preceded in death by his loving partner, Sheila Smith Gross, who passed away March 24, 2017; his grandmother, Polly B. Gross, who legally adopted him when he was young; and one half-brother, John Kayyali.
Cremation Rites have been carried out. Burial will take place, at a later date, at Buckhorn Cemetery in Buckhorn (Perry County), Kentucky.
