David Audré Sam

David Audré Sam, age 52, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, August 23, 2020 at his residence. Born Friday, September 29, 1967 in Houston, Texas, he was the son to the late Ronald Dorsey of Decatur, Georgia and Barbara Ann Sam of Opelousas, Louisiana. David leaves behind his loving wife, Rhonda Dean Sam, whom he married Friday, July, 1, 2011. He enjoyed going to Cedar Creek Lake, taking scenic rides with his dogs and enjoyed listening to church music at home.

In addition to his wife, David leaves behind one son, David Cordoro Sam (Stephanie) of Stanford; two grandchildren, Genesis Sam of Danville, Kentucky and Aaliyah Bellard of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother, Kelvin Sam of Katy, Texas; one nephew, Kelvin Sam, Jr of Katy; one niece, Kerin Shyenne Sam (Donté) of Louisville, Kentucky; one great niece, Sariah Camille Jones of Louisville; one great nephew, Tyrin Julius Jones of Louisville; and step mother, Dorothy Dorsey of Decatur.

Cremation Rites have been honored. No services are scheduled.
