Joyce Donna Glass

Joyce Donna Glass, age 67, of Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky.  Born Saturday, February 5, 1955, in Somerset, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Howard & Fernatti Effie Smith Dick.  Joyce was the widow of the late Paul William Glass, who preceded her in death Thursday, August 4, 1994.  Joyce was a homemaker and member of Polly Ann Church of God.  Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family, loved flowers, loved going to yard sales, cooking, and singing. 

Joyce leaves behind three children, Tracy William Glass of Liberty, Angela Donna Gonyer (Kenneth) of Stanford, Kentucky, and Ronald Ray Glass (Holly Hatter) of Liberty; seven grandchildren, Natasha Renee Phillips (Nolan), Dustin Lee Gonyer (Rosa), Devin William Glass, Jordan Adam Glass (Connie), Autumn Lynn Hatter, Raelynn Glass, Destiny Paige Richardson; eight great-grandchildren, Brynson Phillips, Aubreeana Phillips, Decklin Phillips, Noah Flores, Kace Gonyer, Caiden Gonyer, Lexi Grider, and Dylan Grider; one brother, Dexter Howard Dick of Liberty; one sister, Linda Pauline Padgett; companion, Lanny Joe Coffey of Liberty; and several extended family members and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her husband and parents, Joyce was preceded in death by two sisters, Flora Christine Ashley and Helen Dick.

A Public Visitation will be held 12PM-2PM Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Fox & Friend Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, at the funeral home.  Bro. Donald Ashley will officiate the service.  The Funeral Service will be live streamed on Joyce’s memorial page on the funeral home’s website.

Burial will follow in Cress Cemetery in Waynesburg, Kentucky.  Dustin Gonyer, Kenneth Gonyer, Donnie Holton, Devin Glass, Jordan Glass, and Nolan Phillips will serve as Active Pallbearers.  Joyce’s granddaughters and great-grandchildren will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
