Shirley Clark Obituary

Shirley Clark, age 69, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Born Monday, April 7, 1952, in Corbin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Clyde C. and Laura Carr Amburn. Shirley was the widow of Louis Reynolds who preceded her in death in 1998. She was a member of Barbourville Church of God.

Shirley leaves behind two sons, John Peace and Don Peace both of Corbin; one daughter, Jenny Atkins (Brian) of Waynesburg; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two brothers, Clyde Amburn, Jr. of Ohio, and Kenneth Amburn of Corbin; and one sister, Tammy Woods of Corbin.

In addition to her husband and parents, Shirley was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Amburn, Sr.: and two sisters, Edith Pyle and JoAnn Carson.

Cremation Rites have been honored.
