We are truly saddened by the passing of Carl. My prayers are with this family and not just now but in the many difficult days ahead that will be the hardest. Carl's family is the best, I know them all and they are loving, kind, and caring people. I pray that God will comfort and strengthen each of you during this time. My condolences are sent to the Martin family. I first met Carl several years ago when I would go with Milton Wheeler on school trips for the Gifted and Talented and Carl would sometimes serve as the escort. We usually traveled at night and Carl would sit and talk to the driver throughout the night. We always had safe, informative and fun trips with Martin Tours. Just this past fall I took my first trip with adults "Up the East Coast". It was just as much fun as I remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I am sincerely sorry to hear of Carl's passing. I have been involved with Upward Bound programs for the majority of my life, and Martin Tours has always been the go-to for our travel arrangements. I had the opportunity to work with Carl and to speak with him several times. He was always such a kind and understanding man. He will be truly missed by many.
