My thoughts and prayers to all my Saylor family. Uncle Elb was the greatest uncle anyone could ever ask for. He was kind, loving, funny and had the sweetest spirit. I have such fond memories of my summers and winters spent with him and my cousins. His laugh is forever enduring. He will be forever loved and missed so much. Rest easy Uncle Elb. Love you!
